Jeff Jones
Instructor
Jeff originally started in martial arts as a child. He picked up Taekwondo as a family activity when he started at Williams Taekwondo and then proceeded to earn his black belt in July 2023. Jeff works as a Lead Software Engineer. When not working, he also enjoys spending time with his family, playing league volleyball, listening to live music, attending developer conferences, playing board games and many other interests.

Nicole Dorner
Instructor
Nicole's journey with Taekwondo began with one year of watching her sons and mom from the sidelines. Bored of scrolling on her phone, she decided to give it a try in September 2022. She was hooked from her first class and has developed a strong passion for this sport. She would say her favorite thing about Taekwondo is how it has helped and continues to grow her confidence. Nicole is married to her high school sweetheart and is a stay at home mom to two energetic boys. In her free time, Nicole enjoys doing Zumba, working out, quality family time and listening to Jelly Roll.

Sara Cavanaugh
Instructor
Sara started Taekwondo at Williams in 2021 with her two sons Dean and Owen. Since then her husband Neil has also joined, making it an awesome whole family activity. Sara has gained strength, knowledge, and confidence, as well as an appreciation for the martial arts. She hopes to continue her journey in Taekwondo for years to come. Sara enjoys cooking, reading, yoga, music, anything outdoors, spending time with family, and discovering new places. She works for Brown County and takes pride in knowing that her job helps the underserved of our community and provides resources to those in need.
